Formosan is an independent business established in Oxford in 2012 by a local Taiwanese entrepreneur. Being the first and only tea bar of its kind, we revive the former glory of healthy, authentic bubble tea.

 

We carefully source all of our tea leaves directly from THE world’s best tea-farming regions, in Taiwan. Based on the Chinese tea ceremony developed over thousands of years, we’ve adopted a meticulous brewing process to bring out a finely balanced taste. This allows you to enjoy our teas just on their own, or shaken, with a choice of fresh organic milk, finest honey or fresh lemon juice.
